6. Engagements and Contracts

You agree to indemnify Toolkitcypress Co., Ltd. against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorised access requests you make on behalf of third parties, or misuse of deliverables we produce for you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.
