Who This Is For
Families, trustees, and family offices holding assets in two or more safe deposit vaults across different banks or private vault operators in South Korea. If you struggle to remember which box holds which deed, which branch charges what annual fee, or who holds the second key, this audit brings everything into one comparison record.
What You Receive
A bound comparison register containing:
- Facility profiles — branch address, vault class rating, operating hours, holiday closures
- Box inventory — box number, dimensions, annual rental, renewal date, payment method
- Contents cross-reference — sealed envelope numbers, bullion assay certificates, property deed folios, insurance policy references (as described by you or visible on exterior labels)
- Access matrix — authorised signatories, dual-key requirements, power-of-attorney filings on record at each branch
- Fee comparison table — annual cost per cubic centimetre across all facilities, highlighting outliers
Process
- Intake call — We discuss your vault locations, approximate box count, and any succession planning context. You provide branch names and box numbers where known.
- Site visits — A field archivist visits each facility, photographs box exteriors and lease documents (with branch permission), and records branch-specific access procedures.
- Comparison drafting — Back at our Changwon office, we compile side-by-side tables and narrative notes.
- Review session — You review the draft register. One round of corrections is included.
- Delivery — Two bound copies shipped to your address, plus a PDF archive on encrypted USB.
What Is Not Included
- Opening sealed envelopes or inspecting box interiors without your presence and branch authorisation
- Legal advice on asset ownership or tax treatment
- Negotiation with banks on your behalf
- Ongoing monitoring after delivery (see Annual Storage Review for that)
Pricing Basis
Engagements start at ₩2,800,000 for up to three vault locations within Gyeongsang Province. Additional locations, intercity travel, and boxes exceeding fifteen per site are quoted separately. A 40% deposit secures your visit dates.
