How We Price
Every engagement depends on vault count, geographic spread, and document complexity. The figures below are starting points for typical scopes. We provide a written estimate after an intake call.
Vault Comparison Audit
From ₩2,800,000
Covers up to three vault locations within Gyeongsang Province, fifteen boxes per site, two bound register copies, and one correction round.
Additional locations: ₩680,000 each. Intercity travel outside Gyeongsang: actual expenses plus ₩120,000 per travel day. Extra boxes beyond fifteen per site: ₩35,000 each.
Annual Storage Review
From ₩980,000/year
Updates an existing comparison register from a prior audit. Includes fee verification, lease renewal checks, and addendum pages for box changes.
Requires a Toolkitcypress audit completed within the previous twenty-four months.
New Vault Placement Advisory
From ₩650,000
Written memorandum comparing three to five vault options in one city. Optional accompanied branch walkthrough: ₩280,000.
Document Reconciliation
From ₩1,200,000
Cross-references personal records against vault box assignments. Scope depends on document volume; complex estates quoted individually.
Deposits & Payment
- Vault Comparison Audits require a 40% deposit to secure visit dates. Balance due upon draft delivery.
- Advisory and reconciliation services: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.

What Affects Your Estimate
- Number of vault facilities and their distance from Changwon
- Total box count and whether interiors must be documented with you present
- Urgency — succession-related audits within seven days incur a scheduling premium
